Folks, it ain’t WATER that hydrates you internally; it’s water with lots of electrolytes in it that creates the conditions to open your cells for water/hydration to go in and for waste to come out.
Think about it: Water IN you isn’t IN you, fully, until your cells take it in, and they don’t *just* take in water because you drank it. You need a mechanism, an activator, an opener for your however-many trillions of cells to receive that hydration.
Make sense?
Drinking lots of *JUST* WATER does not hydrate you. (Though it will do a number on your kidneys … and not a good one.)
Sipping warm SALT WATER (made with the best quality salt you can afford) does hydrate you.
Legit, stop drowning your interior with water that can’t get into your cells; instead, start sipping warm salt water. Want more info? Read this
