An app development company was running up against the same issue repeatedly with some customers not understanding the development process and why the first stage–the initial discovery phase–of the project was critical for understanding a client’s goals and articulating what it was, in detail, that was going to be developed … and at what cost.
Hence, the creation of this document that went on to help sell quite a few app development projects in the years after it was written.
