Yum, yum and yum!

I read/heard/learned some time ago that, per the wisdom of Chinese medicine, vinegar and sour foods were particularly beneficial to consume in spring.

Not that I EVER need an excuse to consume vinegar. (I have quite the collection and have visions of a vinegar-tasting party where folks would bring their favorite vinegars, and we’d all sit around sipping different flavors and marveling at the wonders of vinegar.)

But I digress.

In any case, if you’re a lover of vinegar (and particularly seeing as it’s now officially spring), do yourself a favor and get this white wine vinegar – Giuseppe Giusti white wine vinegar. It’s divine. Drinkable. A game-changer when drizzled onto anything.

Just delish!

‘Tis a bit on the pricier side, though by no means top-top shelf in the vinegar world, and, I’d add, worth every penny.
